TonerImaging warrants each cartridge to be free from defects
in both materials and workmanship. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed
on all toner cartridges. Under normal use and storage, our products are guaranteed
to perform as well as or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM)
products.
TonerImaging will repair or reimburse the cost to repair your
equipment in the unlikely event that our cartridge causes damage. Please provide
TonerImaging with the defective product, the repair cost and a written statement
on your service technician's letterhead for reimbursement. Satisfactory evidence
must be provided to show that the equipment damage was due to a defect in the
toner cartridge.
The TonerImaging toner cartridge is guaranteed to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship during its useful lifetime. This warranty
does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, neglect or
accidents. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties,
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose.
