Please read, and agree to, these terms in their entirety. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Do not use return labels provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Some manufacturers, such as Hewlett Packard, provide these labels for recycling purposes and TonerImaging cannot reimburse customers for any products sent back to the Original Manufacturer. If you are in a hurry for your replacement, we strongly recommend placing a separate order online, and we will provide a refund once the item(s) are received by TonerImaging. Please have your Order Number(s) ready and choose one of the options below.
Returning New or Non-defective Items TonerImaging accepts returns on new and/or non-defective items for up to 3 months for OEM products, and up to 6 months for all Compatible and Remanufactured products, provided the product is in 100% resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all products returned unless the product is defective. The Customer is responsible for shipping all items back to TonerImaging, once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been provided. We strongly recommend returning the item(s) via UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express, as Tracking Numbers and Proof of Delivery are provided with their services.
Returning Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items TonerImaging provides two options for the return of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise: 1. Exchanges Exchanges will be made for up to 90 days from date of purchase for OEM (brand name) items, and for up to six months for Remanufactured and Compatible items. TonerImaging will ship your replacement product/s free of charge, within 48 hours of your request, provided the customer agrees to the terms on this Return/Exchange Request Form. 2. Refunds TonerImaging will refund the customer, in full, for any defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, for up to 90 days from purchase on OEM (brand name) items, and up to six months for Remanufactured and Compatible items. The customer must provide printing samples (if applicable). Credit cannot be given if the returned merchandise appears to be used to capacity or tampered with in any way. TonerImaging provides free return shipping for all defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise via ARS Label (sometimes referred to as a "call tag"). If requesting an exchange, the label will either be included in the outer shipping carton, or sent by regular mail, but not in the actual product box. For refunds, labels will always be sent via regular mail. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in these matters.
